Pateley Bridge
Pateley Bridge was the first town I visited after lockdown, so it felt strange to be out somewhere again. I was surprised by how busy the town was, but we didn't have to walk very far before we were out into the countryside and away from people.
We followed a circular walk from the town, heading up into the hills along Panorama Walk, which winds its way above the town. The views across Nidderdale were beautiful, and it was lovely to finally be able to get out and explore somewhere new.
Eventually, after crossing fields and stiles, Gouthwaite Reservoir came into view in the distance.
