Brandelhow
Brandelhow is a woodland on the shores of Derwentwater, and when we visited in spring, the bluebells were just beginning to appear between the trees. It’s only a short walk through the woodland before you reach the edge of the lake, and I spent some time watching the water gently lapping against the shore.
