Our first stop when we arrived in the
Cotswolds was Hidcote Manor Garden near Chipping Campden. Owned by the National
Trust, Hidcote boasts a wide range of flowers and trees surrounding the 17th
century manor house.
The daffodils were in full bloom during our visit but the main attractions were two beautiful pink magnolia trees. Magnolia trees only flower for about two weeks in the year so we were lucky to catch them. A few petals had started to fall which looked like confetti on the ground.
