Sunset At Saltburn Pier
I headed down to the pier one evening with my camera, hoping to capture the sunset. The evening started with a few photographs looking back along the pier, before I wandered towards the end to watch the sky gradually change.
As the sun disappeared, the sky began to fill with soft shades of pink, reflected in the sea and silhouetting the pier against the evening light.
It was lovely standing at the end of the pier and watching the colours change. The best part of photographing sunsets is often the waiting to see how the light develops and wondering what the sky will do next. Luckily, on this evening, it didn't disappoint.
